ZeeMaps supports exporting of map data of markers (pins) using the View -> Export CSV, or Map -> Save As CSV menu options.
We used to output the latitude, longitude of each location so that you can use that to re-upload your data, with possible changes, quickly. Starting today, we are no longer exporting the latitude, longitude data, to comply with some of our geocoding service providers requirements.
Instead of the latitude, longitude columns, you will see a “Location Code” column in the exported CSV file. If you want to re-upload this data to ZeeMaps at anytime, do not modify or remove data from this column. If you do not need to upload your data to ZeeMaps, you can safely remove this column from your spreadsheet.
When you upload data to a ZeeMap, rows that have a Location Code column, (or a combination of latitude, longitude), will not be counted towards your upload credits.

Putting together a map for a Digital humanities project and cannot afford to pay the monthly fee to discover the longitude/latitude. Are there any accommodations offered to graduate students?
zeemaps says:
Hi Caitlin,
Sure. Have sent you a DM to see what we can do.

I am trying to upload an excel file containing longitudes and latitudes and an ID for each location. Is that possible ?
zeemaps says:
Yes, you should be able to upload this file to a map. Create a map, and then use the Additions -> Add (Upload) Multiple Markers and then upload the file.
In the next step, click on the Advanced tab and make sure your latitude, longitude columns are assigned properly.
At this point, only decimal values will work.

Any updates to this issue? Trying to move bulk data to another platform..
zeemaps says:
Hi Tye,
Yes. We’ve now enabled export of Latitude and Longitude for users with the Enterprise plan. If you sign-up for the Enterprise plan, your exports should contain Latitude, Longitude coordinates.
zeemaps says:
Hi Victor, we are looking into this, but may not be able to provide the conversion due to license restrictions from our service providers. Thanks.

Hi!
Can you provide a converter between this code and the lat,lon coordinates?
Regards,
Víctor.
